Sarah Flores
Sarah is a native Houstonian and has been in the sales and the customer service industry for over 22 years. She found a passion for the real estate business but learned there was a gap in the industry not many realized was an issue. For the last 8 years, Sarah has grown the Realtor utility business and worked with over 20 real estate offices spanning from The Woodlands down to Galveston. Sarah has successfully helped hundreds of Realtors and their clients with the utility service process upon moving into their new home. She is very knowledgeable in the deregulation of Houston and the surrounding cities. Sarah educates her clients on their utility services and knows it is important to give them options so they are confident in their choice of provider. She believes in giving the White Glove Service.
Sarah is passionate about helping others, and enjoys sponsoring events and raising money for her favorite charity The Sunshine Kids Foundation. She loves spending quality time with her family at the bowling alley, going to baseball or softball games, and enjoying good food.

Aldridge Jack
Aldridge Jack is the Director of Education at Empire UC. He received his Masters in MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Houston. He has also received his Bachelor in Communications from the University of Houston.
Aldridge has taught adults and children for over 10 years with different types of hands-on learning styles. He was named Teacher of the Year and has always taught a well-rounded education. Realtors are fascinated with him because he builds positive relationships with them first. Aldridge is certified through TREC to teach Continuing Education courses and brings value to his Realtors by getting them to think outside of the box.
His previous clients love and trust him because he commits to his word and is very reliable. Aldridge always follows up with his clients in a timely manner and continues to have great communication with them.
Aldridge’s hobbies are running at Memorial Park, participating in boot camp at the gym, and attending Millionaire Mastermind networking events.
